First interview of the Meet & Greet is our own resident, Cavsrules. If you would like to be a part of the Meet & Greet, please contact Chef.
Here is the interview...
Question 1 Russ, How did you find Browns 24/7? -- I actually found it on Cavs.com official message board. It was during the off-season 2 years ago and everyone was talking about how the Browns' official board went down. Someone showed a link, and once I joined I loved it.
Question 2 What makes you come back day after day? -- The people. They really love, and support their browns like I do. Its awesome.
Question 3 What is your favorite food? -- I'd have to say Chicken and Fries. Nothing to drop you're jaw about, but hey, it's good stuff.
Question 4 Tell us your most fond Browns Memory -- I can't remember it all, but it was not that long ago. Some should know.... We where losing and I don't know who was playing besides Andra' Davis(WR). We threw a deep Hail Mary, and well, we got it and won the game. Its the oldest memory I'll have, really.
Question 5 You are active on all of the sites, but you have a special intrest in Cavs 24/7. Tell us, what is your favorite thing about running Cavs 24/7? -- Obviously you can tell I'm a Cavaliers die-hard fan, as well as I am with all three Cleveland Sports. I really enjoy Cavs 24/7, it's an awesome site that I could make pretty big once I get my feet wet in the Admin CP and learn about it. I enjoy doing articles after every game, too. I can only hope Cavs 24/7 gets as many members as Browns 24/7 has.
Question 6 what makes you tick? What do you enjoy, outside of the internet and the forums. -- Basketball, and a little football. When I'm not doing school work, or posting, etc.. I'm playing basketball and working out. I plain to push hard and get into collage while playing basketball.
Question 7 Gary Baxter...whats the rest of his career going to be like, from your view point. -- Baxter has had the most insane problems while being in Cleveland. I can't say enough about how I love the fact hes working his way back and proving everyone wrong. I didn't listen to any of the haters out there that thought he wouldn't be back, the ones that doubted him. While he was working hard, I was prying nightly this guy could return and help the Browns out. How his career will be? Who's to say as of now. I feel he'll return though.
Question 8 Same question, but this one is about Larry Hughes. -- Eh.. This guy is my child hood hero, watched him since he was a rookie. I got a lot of love for Hughes, but he just hasn't fit in with the Cavaliers. I hope when he returns from being hurt, he can help the team. But until then, hes going to go down as one of the biggest disappointments in Cleveland history, and that really hurts.
Question 9 If you could never be on Browns 24/7 again after today, what would your most memorable moment? -- I have many, but no moment is better after a Browns win and reading all the good comments about our Browns. I could sit here and type a lot of good things, but after every win, its wonderful.
Question 10 Who is your all time favorite Browns player or coach and why -- Gary Baxter hasn't been here long, and he hasn't played many games, so I can't really say him. I'd love to say Jim Brown... but never seen him play. Since I'm young, I'm going young and taking Kellen Winslow.
