Browns waiting for Chaun Thompson to visit Houston |

 The Browns were thrown a curveball today when linebacker Chaun Thompson elected to visit the Houston Texans.
Thompson and the Browns were honing in on a two-year contract when the Texans called. Thompson is a native of Texas and was intrigued about the idea of returning to his home state to continue his NFL career. So far, the Texans have not discussed contract numbers. Thompson will visit through the day and will take a physical Friday morning. If the Texans don't offer him a contract, Thompson could return on Friday and re-sign with the Browns. But nothing is guaranteed.
