The job of learning to play wide receiver or tight end is difficult enough without the added pressure of having to know and recognize the different types of pass coverages that the defense may present. But it is never too soon to begin impressing on young players that they will never enjoy real greatness as a pass receiver until they begin to understand what the defense is trying to do.
