Draft Chat Reminder:  Browns 24/7 resident draft expert and former NFL Scout, Russ Lande will be joining us tomorrow for a draft chat that will almost have you in a foaming frenzy for the NFL Draft to begin.  For those that remember, Russ was with us last year as our lone draft expert and he nailed the pick and had great foresight into last years crop of draft eligibles.    He even nailed who would be the most impact player in Cadillac Williams. 

For those unfamiliar with Russ's credentials, here's a recap.  Russ served as scout for the St. Louis Rams and later was hired by our own Cleveland Browns under the Butch Davis regime.  Now before you start lambasting him for Butch's draft, Russ explained that his job was to rate and chart the players.  Scouts under Butch Davis were imformation gatherers only.  They submitted their thoughts and the Browns front office made picks.  After the scouts did their job that was it for additional information on draft day.    He was only allowed to make recommendations and we know how that goes sometimes...
