Browns 24/7 was started and created by Wayne A. Lett, aka Tune, in late October 2004 and went online to the fans in early November. Wayne is a radio personality that has worked for ESPN, FOX Sports, and others. He spends his time now as a Browns Backer President in Conneaut where he lives.
