CINCINNATI-Shayne Graham kicked a 37-yard field goal as time expired to give the Bengals a 23-20 victory over the Browns Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium.
Two penalties on Leigh Bodden kept the final drive alive for the Bengals. Both were committed against Chad Johnson. Rudi Johnson ran 30 times for 169 yards for the Bengals. The Bengals improved to 10-3 and maintained a two-game lead in the AFC North Division; they can clinch the division title with a win next week in Detroit. The Browns lost their third straight and slipped to 4-9. Charlie Frye ran for a touchdown and threw one to Steve Heiden in the first half as the Browns built a lead. They led 14-13 at the half. Frye finished 16-of-24 for 138 yards and an interception. Graham kicked field goals of 27 and 21 earlier in the game.
