Can't Cover 85? Bodden Can & Did PDF Print E-mail

Leigh Bodden knocking a pass away from Chad Johnson in the endzone Sunday. All season long wide reciever Chad Johnson has been tooting his own horn about how cornerbacks and safeties can not cover the All Pro reciever.  He even went as far as to put together a list of every cornerback he would face on Sunday's and  then cross their name out when they failed to cover him effectively.

Sunday that job was Cleveland Browns' conerback Leigh Bodden.  Bodden was forced into action when starter Gary Baxter was lost for the season due to injury.

Bodden has filled in very nicely for Baxter.  Sunday he effectively held Chad Johnson to just 2 catches for 22 yards.

Now Browns fans need to support their guy.  Chad has been still keeping track of who he has beaten by fan voting even though Marvin Lewis changed the personal list to more of a team oriented list.

When you visit You Can't Cover 85.com you can vote against Chad Johnson by sending him a kind message that lets him know Bodden covered him.

If you look at the list, every CB has covered Chad Johnson well enough for fans to vote that the DB of the week couldn't cover him.  Bodden had two costly penalties on the Bengals final drive that helped the Bengals get into postition to make a game winning field goal as time expired, but the fact remains that he was able to hold his own against the very talkative Chad Johnson.

Visit www.youcantcover85.com and vote against Chad or for Leigh Bodden.  Vote as often as you like.
